Newborn life is a beautiful whirlwind, filled with tender moments, tiny discoveries, and an ever-deepening love. As a New Jersey newborn photographer, I cherish capturing the magic of these fleeting days—preserving the warmth, joy, and connection that make this time so special. With each blink, your baby grows and changes, making it even more essential to freeze these once-in-a-lifetime moments in time. Through my lens, I create timeless images that allow you to relive the wonder of your baby's earliest days for years to come.


During your in home newborn lifestyle photo session I will capture each family member with your newborn as well as your whole family together in natural less posed shots. Typically the best time for this type of session is 7 - 14 days after your baby is born. That's not to say you can't schedule a newborn session with older babies as well. Babies after 3-4 weeks might be more awake and active in your session and you might feel less sleep deprived. So, whether you are looking to capture those first few days or first months, I'd love to be apart of that journey with you and your family.

In-home Newborn & Studio Sessions


Whether at home or in the studio, let’s capture the beauty of your baby’s earliest days.  Newborn sessions are designed to be calm, cozy, and centered on connection—whether you prefer the comfort of your own home or the simplicity of a studio setting. I’ll gently guide the session to create space for natural, heartfelt moments with your little one and each member of your family. From tiny fingers to sleepy smiles, we’ll preserve every meaningful detail so you can hold onto this fleeting season forever.

Newborn collections start at $950, with most clients investing in artwork and albums within the $900–$1,300 range, reflecting a thoughtfully curated selection of heirloom pieces.

I. Inquire.

Tell me what you envision for your session, a little bit about your family, and your timeline for when you would like to schedule! Simply fill out this quick contact form, and I’ll respond within 48 hours to schedule your session.

II. Booking & Planning.

Next, we'll work together to plan your perfect session. You will start by choosing from one of the packages below. Then, we'll plan a date and I'll help you choose the location and give you personalized wardrobe advice, as well as go over any questions you may have about your session.

III. Session Day.

Once you arrive, I'll take it from there. I'll direct you and your family into the best light, give you just enough prompts and direction to have you feeling confident and relaxed, all while I document your family's interactions and love.

IV. Gallery Delivery.

You will receive a direct link to view and download your online gallery after 2-3 weeks.  You’ll have full printing rights to your images with the ability to print and share them as you see fit!  You will also have the option to purchase a la carte items including framed artwork and albums.  We just ask that you tag Lauren Marie Photography when sharing your photos on social media.
